During my stay at Vico Rooms And Terrace, I had a minor issue with the phone in my room not working. However, the staff member at the front desk, Lavinia, was quick to address the problem. She apologized for the inconvenience and offered alternative solutions, showing her willingness to help. Despite the initial hiccup, I was pleased with their prompt and helpful response.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming guest house in Rome. The location was superb, with the hotel being near enough to everything that I was right in the center of all the action. It was also conveniently located near attractive sites and nestled in a peaceful residential area. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom that had all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, as they were attentive and friendly. Although the breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary, the guest house had facilities like a fridge, which came in handy. The only drawback was that the walls were a bit thin, allowing for some noise from other guests.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from a metro station and close to the city center. You can easily explore Rome and all its attractions from here. The staff here are so friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with the added bonus of a kitchenette and air conditioning. The breakfast on the terrace is a lovely touch, providing a great start to the day.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right off of I-95 and close to the outlet mall. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and quiet rooms. I was impressed by how clean everything was, from the room to the common areas. The staff was friendly and cordial, always ready to help. The breakfast offered a great selection of delicious food options.
Not obvious to find, but once you do, it's worth it.
